  There is one VERY large glaring omission from the NIV that is found in the 1611 KJV that you COMPLETELY left out…the Apocrypha! That’s right. There are 14 books and 172 chapters of uninspired writings from the Catholic Bible in the 1611 KJV Bible! I know because I have a copy of a 1611 KJV Bible. I paid good money for it too. I wanted to know the truth concerning this controversy. The Apocrypha is also in the 1613 KJV translation that the 1611 KJV translators revised making about 400 changes. When they revised it again in 1629 making even more changes they finally left the Apocrypha out. The 1611 KJV translation was revised at least 5 times before 1769. Anyone who believes they are using a 1611 KJV Bible and it doesn’t have the Apocrypha in it is being deceived. And that includes YOU! Furthermore, the English used in the 1611 KJV is next to impossible to read. Shame on you for not telling the whole truth and deceiving people!
