  I can only speak about the officiciant, Tom King, he was very unprofessional and disrespectful....he had the nerve to talk to us about paying an extra $500 (that we were unaware of) AT the burial the day after the funeral. Also worth mentioning, he double booked himself the evening of our event and made a joke about it when he arrived right on time. It took everything I had to not have words with him at that time, however the weekend was not about him, it was about my grandfather in-law. Tom was a stereotypical "car salesman", if I never saw him again it would be too soon.

  Thank you so much for the best funeral for my Mother. We were all treated with much love and kindness that makes these decisions much easier to deal with. All the services were wonderful. Our whole family is very greatfull. Sincerely, Janet Graves and family

  did not appericate being on speaker phone unbeknownst to me when it should have been a private conservation...did not appericate being told the poening and closing of the grave was 2000 when i found out this was not true..do not like the way this was handle at all and think Archie was very wrong in the way he treated me..am not happy..will be calling BBR and filing a complaint...
