  They have a nice parking lot which I drive through often.

  Funny, I wasn't as impressed with the parking lot. Mayyyyyybeeee...if they had a drive thru FREE coffee bar stocked with flavored creamers and biscotti then their parking lot would seem like a REAL parking lot and more people would want to cut through on their way to somewhere else.
