  We arrived at exactly the right time. Mike Sluder was pastor. We had a wonderful Sunday School Class taught by Burchard & Mary Jones. Mary's passed and Burchard probably passed too.
  
  The members were some of the warmest people except for one family that never spoke to use the entire three years we were there. They thought they owned the church and the father was some sort of salmon. The wife and kids never spoke either.
  
  When pastor Sluder left, Linda went back to the Lutheran Church and I became unchurched.
  
  Pastor Sluder baptized me in the Smoky Mountains and was one to the truly Jesus-like ministers I have ever met. We've moved to another city and Pastor Sluder has been given a mission to South Sudan.
  
  to much left for us anyway except Larry and Bonnie and another sweet couple and Mary H.
